Scarves were delivered under my mail box and sat there for about a week because I travelled. Upon return I filed a complaint to the company about the package and a lady followed up with a call back. I expressed my concern about the scarves being soaked by rain because of the poor delivery by the USPS and poor packaging by their company. She did not let me out in a word as she talked nonstop all the time trying to be right and not actually listening or acknowledging my concerns. I had to interrupt her monologue several times to put in a word and then she continued talking, all the while trying to justify how it did not matter if the scarves were soaked as she owns some and washes them with water. Moral of my narrative is to pay attention to a customer’s constructive concern/criticism instead of trying to talk them over and be right!!!
