2. Once orders arrive at our office then you will receive a refund or we would send what the customer wanted to exchange for.
All items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed by our team within three business days of receipt. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 days of business days for your bank to credit your original form of payment.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
After you complete your exchange, You will be shipped your product within 3 days.
How long should it take to process my exchange?
The exchange will be treated as a brand-new order and processed immediately from the time you send you to an email confirming you would like to exchange your order. Please watch for your confirmation email once the exchange is placed. The delivery process will take 5-7 business days to be shipped.
When should I mail back the item(s) I want to exchange?
Return your unwanted item(s) as soon as getting the confirmation via email after you have sent us an email stating you would like to exchange it. You have 14 days to get your items back to us once we have confirmed you will be sending back items.
